Balsamic Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Serves 4


  • 4 portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 TBSP balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinaigrette
  • salt to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Pour 1 TBSP of balsamic vinegar (or vinaigrette) into each mushroom cap. Use a fork to lightly comb the vinegar into the gills of the mushroom.
  2. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve as a Portobello on a Bun.
