  1. If you are unsure about seasoning or taste, break off a tiny mini burger and cook it up in a skillet in a minute or two.  Add more seasoning if needed.
  2. Combine all ingredients and score the meat with your fingers to ensure burger patties come out equally sized. 
  3. Since burgers plump up in the middle, make a thumbprint indent in the middle. This will ensure your burgers come out as a flat disc. (not pictured)
