- If you are unsure about seasoning or taste, break off a tiny mini burger and cook it up in a skillet in a minute or two. Add more seasoning if needed.
- Combine all ingredients and score the meat with your fingers to ensure burger patties come out equally sized.
- Since burgers plump up in the middle, make a thumbprint indent in the middle. This will ensure your burgers come out as a flat disc. (not pictured)
