Quick and Easy Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

    Quick and Easy Blueberry Crisp
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg and mix with fork until a crumble texture is achieved. 
  3. Place blueberries in a pie or baking dish and cover completely with flour and egg mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Note: The exact amount of sugar used depends on the desired sweetness. I typically use 1 1/4 cups.
