Quick and Easy Blueberry Crisp |

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 – 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg and mix with fork until a crumble texture is achieved.
- Place blueberries in a pie or baking dish and cover completely with flour and egg mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Note: The exact amount of sugar used depends on the desired sweetness. I typically use 1 1/4 cups.
