Peach Crumble |

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
- 8 cups peaches, peeled, pits removed and sliced
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 TBSP all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the sliced peaches in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, 1 TBSP flour and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over peaches. Pour water evenly over peaches.
- Combine the oats, 2 cups flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the peach mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Note: I often make this recipes with apples. Any type of fruit could be substituted!
