|Lemon Basil Quinoa Bowls|
- 3 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm or cold.
