Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free and clean eating)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/2-1 TBSP honey (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
  2. Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
