|Soy Sauce Vinaigrette|
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free and clean eating)
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2-1 TBSP honey (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
