Shallot Vinaigrette


  • 2 TBSP shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown mustard
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
  2. Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
