- 2 TBSP shallots, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp brown mustard
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
- Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
