|Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette|
- 1 head roasted garlic, mashed to a paste
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP honey
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
- Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
