Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette
Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette


  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 TBSP shallot, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmegiano Reggiano cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1 TBSP honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
  2. Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
