Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette |

Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBSP shallot, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Parmegiano Reggiano cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 TBSP honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously.
- Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
