|Greek Yogurt Vinaigrette|
- 1/3 cup fat-free greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or other preferred vinegar)
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP brown mustard (or honey mustard for a little extra sweetness)
- 1 TBSP raw honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake vigorously or whisk in a small bowl.
- Dress on salad or use as a marinade for meats or veggies.
