BBQ Chicken Dip |
Serves a Crowd
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (or 2 6 oz cans of chicken)
- 1 TBSP +1 tsp red onion
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 TBSP chopped green onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread soften cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a baking dish. I used 9 by 9, but any size would work. (The smaller the dish, the thicker the dip, the longer the cook time.) Layer rest of the ingredients in the following order: chicken, 1 TBSP red onion, BBQ sauce and cheese.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to bubble around the edges.

- Garnish with 1 tsp red onion and chopped green onions. Serve with baked pita chips.
