|Clean Eating Lemon Tamari Marinated Tilapia|
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 8 ounce fish fillets (suggestion: tilapia, cod or flounder)
- Lemon Tamari Marinade (enough to cover fish: about a ½ cup)
- Marinate the fish in a shallow sealable container for 1-4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Transfer fish into skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Reserve marinade. Flip fish and pour reserved marinade over fish. Allow fish to cook for an additional 4 minutes in the marinade. Remove fish and set aside. Cook marinade for an additional 4 minutes on high or until reduced by about half. Pour marinade over fish and serve warm with brown rice or quinoa.
