Buffalo Chicken Pull Apart Bread |
Serves 6-8 as an appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 16.3 oz tube of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (or canned chicken is ok)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup refrigerated chunky blue cheese dressing
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4-1/2 cup hot sauce to taste (depending on desired hotness)

- 1 egg (optional)
For Dipping:
- 2 TBSP refrigerated blue cheese dressing
- 2 TBSP hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 11x7 glass bakgin dish with non-stick spray. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal parts. Using your hands, stretch and press each quarter into a flat circle.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, cheese and hot sauce.
- Place 1 TBSP in the center of each biscuit round. Strectch and press the edges together to seal the dough ball. Line them all in the baking dish.
- This is an optional step to achieve a golden brown color when baking. Beat one egg in a small bowl. Brush the egg over the top of the dough balls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Combine the blue cheese dressing and hot sauce for the dip. Serve warm.
