Buffalo Chicken Dip
 Serves a crowd


  • 8 oz cream cheese, soften
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken (or 1 12 oz can of chicken)
  • 3/4 12 oz jar refrigerated blue cheese dressing
  • Hot sauce to taste (use as much as you like)
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or other desired cheese)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Evenly spread soften cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish.  Layer chicken, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and cheese over top in that order.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and edges are bubbling. Serves with carrot sticks and Fritos scoops.

Note: To produce a thicker dip, this recipe can be doubled and baked in the same size dish for about 5-10 minutes longer.  The same thickness can be achieved by baking in a smaller dish with the same ingredients measurements listed above.
