Spreadable Roasted Garlic from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- ½ tsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut ½ inch off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle olive oil into the cloves and season with salt. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in a baking dish or in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until garlic is browned and soft.
