Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 TBSP Olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil and salt in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat.
  2. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.  Roast for 15 minutes at 450.  Serve warm with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

One of our favorites; they are great even without the cheese. They can also be roasted for 30 minutes at 350 if you are cooking something else at that temperature.

Thanks Amy!! I typically make them without the cheese. I just wanted to fancy them up for the picture. The temperature is a great tip too!
