Roasted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 TBSP Olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil and salt in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat.
- Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Roast for 15 minutes at 450. Serve warm with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

One of our favorites; they are great even without the cheese. They can also be roasted for 30 minutes at 350 if you are cooking something else at that temperature.
Thanks Amy!! I typically make them without the cheese. I just wanted to fancy them up for the picture. The temperature is a great tip too!
