Roasted Broccoli from Top Ate on Your Plate
Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
  • garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Combine broccoli and olive oil in a medium bowl or in a Ziploc bag.  Toss to coat broccoli.
  2. Spread on a cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with garlic salt.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Toss cookie sheet.  Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
