|Roasted Broccoli from Top Ate on Your Plate|
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- garlic salt
- Preheat oven to 425. Combine broccoli and olive oil in a medium bowl or in a Ziploc bag. Toss to coat broccoli.
- Spread on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Toss cookie sheet. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
