Oven Roasted Asparagus from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus (look for thin ones when shopping)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Trim about 2 inches (or where they naturally break) off the ends of the asparagus. Spread out on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with fingers to coat. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
- Bake in oven for 7 minutes, tossing once at 4 minutes.
