Honey Roasted Sweet Potato Fries from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into sticks or wedges
- 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey and lemon juice. Combine the potato sticks with the marinade in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat. Spread the potatoes out on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with the salt and garlic powder. Bake, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
Serving with Healthy Pepper and Onion Turkey Burgers.
