Clean Eating Vinaigrette Glazed Butternut Squash Fries
Clean Eating Vinaigrette Glazed Butternut Squash Fries
Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and sliced into 1/4 inch by 4 inch sticks
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic or apple cider vinegar (balsamic is slightly sweeter)
  • 1 TBSP raw honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place butternut squash sticks, olive oil, vinegar, honey, rosemary and garlic powder in a Ziploc plastic bag. Shake to combine and coat fries. Empty onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  2.  Cook for 20-25 minutes turning once while in the oven.

I assume when you say 400 degrees you mean Fahrenheit and not celcius
