Clean Eating Avocado Deviled Eggs |
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, halved and yolks removed
- 1 small avocado, mashed
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Smoked paprika
Directions
- Combine the egg yolks, avocado, garlic powder, salt and vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Incorporate well, adding more vinegar to achieve desired consistency.
- Spoon filling inside eggs. Sprinkle with smoked paprika for garnish and taste.

Great idea. I am trying to add Apple cider vinegar and avocado to my diet and eggs, well needed a new way to make them. The nutrition is fab. The avocado spikes the calories but definitely is more valuable than mayo for health.
