Clean Eating Avocado Deviled Eggs
 Makes 8 deviled eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, halved and yolks removed
  • 1 small avocado, mashed
  • 2 tsp chopped cilantro
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Combine the egg yolks, avocado, garlic powder, salt and vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Incorporate well, adding more vinegar to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Spoon filling inside eggs. Sprinkle with smoked paprika for garnish and taste.

Great idea. I am trying to add Apple cider vinegar and avocado to my diet and eggs, well needed a new way to make them. The nutrition is fab. The avocado spikes the calories but definitely is more valuable than mayo for health.
