Pesto from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
- 2 packed cups basil leaves
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Sugar to taste
Directions
- Combine basil, cheese, olive oil and garlic in food processor and process until smooth. Scrap down sides.
- Add a tsp of sugar, pulse and taste. Add more if desired.
