Pesto Recipe
Pesto from Top Ate on Your Plate


  • 2 packed cups basil leaves 
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • Sugar to taste 


  1. Combine basil, cheese, olive oil and garlic in food processor and process until smooth. Scrap down sides. 
  2.  Add a tsp of sugar, pulse and taste. Add more if desired.
