Baked Pita Chips
Baked Pita Chips from Top Ate on Your Plate
Makes 64 chips


  • 8 whole wheat pitas 
  • 2 TBSP olive oil 
  • garlic salt 
  • 1 TBSP fresh rosemary, chopped 


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush each side of each pita with olive oil and season both sides with garlic salt. It’s easier if you do this before slicing the pitas. Slice each pita into 8 triangular pieces, like a pizza. 
  2. Place all pita pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle pita chips with rosemary. 
  3. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until chips start to brown. Turn over and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes or until chips are hard and crispy. Watch carefully as the chips burn easily.
