White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cookies from Top Ate on Your Plate |
Ingredients
1 box of spice cake mix1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Throughly combine pure pumpkin and spice cake mix in a medium mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Then, fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Place 1-2 TBSP dollops of the batter on the lined cookie sheet, about an inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
Note: These cookies are intended to come out soft and chewy (which is why I love them). So, if you are looking for a crunchier cookie, this is not your best best. You could try this recipe. But, fair warning, they are NOT 60 calories!
